FANTASTIC: The acronym Finder takes A project descriptioN as inpuT And Searches The aspell dIctionary for possible words that Could be suitable acronyms for the project.

The individual acronyms returned by the tool are simple words of the English language and should hence not fall under copyright protection and can be used free or charge and free of attribution. Note that this does not apply to the collection of words returned, which are governed by the license of the respective aspell dictionary, which can be accessed here.
